I made this painting for the cover of the upcoming CD "The Big Broadcast Volume 12" to be released by Rivermont Records in June. The original is 14"x18" acrylic on canvas and looks a bit different from this, and the final product will look different still. The songs were compiled by Rich Conaty, the longtime host of the radio show The Big Broadcast on WFUV (90.7FM), and Rich had commissioned me to do the cover art for the new volume. 

'Dotted Dream Teal Car' will be parked in the 2017 Far and Wide Regional Exhibition at Woodstock Artists Association & Museum. It was juried by Bruce Weber, curator of paintings and sculpture at the Museum of the City of New York. Thanks for selecting my work, Dr Weber!  

The opening reception is Saturday May 6 from 4-6 pm, and the show runs through May 28.

I’ve donated three pop paintings to this upcoming 'Re-Fund Planned Parenthood' auction event in Beacon. Each acrylic on wood, 6"x6"x1/4".
