New Stacks

30"x48" acrylic on cradled panel, what I'm painting recently and I'm trying to get at why. Can't stop stacking? Color therapy? It's like taking chunks of my paintings and melting them down. But I also have no reference (except for the chocolate foil collages I made last year), and it feels odd but it's waking me up. In a typically dreary cold gray month, a (tiny) fluorescent light went on.
